1. Access to and use of the Site is conditional upon the following terms (Terms). By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms. Unless stated otherwise, our Terms apply to each page of the Site.

We believe that the information, graphics and other items provided on the Site (Content) is accurate at the time it is posted; however, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Content and are not liable for any errors, omissions or defects.  We reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice.
4. Any warranties regarding the Content or any other goods or services provided, which may be implied by law, statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. With the exception of these Terms (including the Privacy Policy), no Content appearing on the Site shall constitute a binding offer.

Operation of the Site

The Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.  We do not represent that the Content complies with the laws (including intellectual property) of any country outside Australia.  If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and responsibility.  You are responsible for making sure that you comply with all applicable laws in the place where you are located.
